The Lakeside office is located at 1322 W White Mountain Blvd in Ste B in the Woodland Village Office Complex.  Our newly renovated office is spacious and inviting.  We have increased the amount of office space to allow for more privacy and a greater amount of equipment.  We continue to offer individualized One-on-One Physical Therapy care to help you meet your goals and improve your functional independence.
